Image Quality Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: October 27, 2026
You are responsible for the quality of the images you upload. Porcelain, acrylic and enlargements reproduce the photo exactly as provided: a blurry, small, dark or damaged photo will look the same — or more noticeable — on the final product.
Our quality meter
Our designer estimates the print resolution (DPI) of your photo at the size you chose:
- Excellent (250+ DPI) and Good (150–249 DPI): expected to print sharply.
- Fair (100–149 DPI): may look slightly soft.
- Low (under 100 DPI): will likely look blurry or pixelated.
The meter is a guide based on pixel size only; it cannot detect focus, motion blur or compression.
Tips for the best result
- Upload the original file, not a screenshot or a photo forwarded through WhatsApp, Facebook or text messages.
- Choose a photo where the face is in focus, well lit and facing the camera.
- For old prints, scan them at 600 DPI or photograph them in daylight without glare.
- Avoid zooming in heavily on a small part of a group photo.
